Steve was unbelievably thorough - he is the best in the business!

Absolutely stellar home inspection. This is the 3rd inspector we have used for a home purchase. But there won't be a 4th. Mr. Silva will be our home inspector any time we ever need one. He will also be who we recommend to all of our friends and family. Very punctual, detailed and methodical. Very informative and friendly demeanor without using technical terms. Structured report broken down into categories of priority. Dozens of detailed pictures with relevant info highlighted in the photos. Could not ask for a better home inspection. We will gladly do business with again. You will not be disappointed.
