Steve was fantastic! He was thorough, knowledgeable and—most importantly—incredibly easy to work with. From the start, he asked about our concerns and made sure to really walk us through everything. He even took the time to explain all of the mechanicals and how to know when something might need attention.

Called Steve at 5:00 PM for an inspection I wanted to do ASAP (speed matters in the market!) - Next morning he was there - the report was uncredibly thorough - so much that it came with so many pics and explanations of things (even little things) that the report came with a note saying "don't be overwhelmed" and to feel free to call with questions! Yes, of course I am moving forward with buying the house, but I certainly got my money's worth in helping to evaluate exactly what I was buying!!!!!!
