Very positive experience. Steven is a total professional. Efficient and thorough, he quickly established trust. He provided me with a binder to organize inspection summaries and pre-closing walkthrough summaries as well as a booklet that includes tips for keeping the home safe and in good condition, including diagrams. Steve is an incredibly thorough inspector. In flagging items that are of concern and/or requiring more expertise for which other inspectors may have missed and/or not have made these expert referrals, we would be much more likely to be down a lot of time and money within a short period of time, and without a home. Steve empowered us with the confidence and path towards getting our home despite the potentially awkward negotiations that take place between the buyer and seller's agents and their respective owner's around agreed upon repairs before contract signing. While other's in our corporate world look to take your money and move on, he follows-up with speed and accuracy, showing the care, due diligence, and pride in his profession that is a rarity today. So glad I scoured the internet to find him - these Google Reviews really do mean something!!!
