Steve is an incredibly thorough inspector. In flagging items that are of concern and/or requiring more expertise for which other inspectors may have missed and/or not have made these expert referrals, we would be much more likely to be down a lot of time and money within a short period of time, and without a home. Steve empowered us with the confidence and path towards getting our home despite the potentially awkward negotiations that take place between the buyer and seller's agents and their respective owner's around agreed upon repairs before contract signing. While other's in our corporate world look to take your money and move on, he follows-up with speed and accuracy, showing the care, due diligence, and pride in his profession that is a rarity today. So glad I scoured the internet to find him - these Google Reviews really do mean something!!!

Inspection was completed at 2pm and the full detailed report was emailed by 4:30pm. The itemized report was informative, and the quick turnaround was key in order to assist with the finalization. Highly recommend!
