As a first-time homebuyer, this process is incredibly intimidating, but Steven actually made the experience far less stressful than I had imagined.

He was prepared, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. The first thing he did was hand me a beautifully organized binder complete with a homeowner’s manual and pre-closing checklist to help the process run more smoothly.

Throughout the inspection, he was able to clearly distinguish major concerns from minor annoyances that required attention, but perhaps not immediate repairs. His detailed report helped categorize findings effectively and gave me fact-based data to help negotiate my offer confidently.
