Steven is excellent, don’t even bother looking into other inspectors, just hire Steven. This was our second time we’ve used him for our home inspections and we’ve recommended him to friends who’ve had similar great experiences. He was quick to respond when we needed to have an inspection completed with short notice, he’s extremely thorough and provides an excellent report that breaks down more urgent needs vs to-dos that can be taken over time. He spent time with us too at the house to ensure we knew exactly what he found and answer any questions. His report includes picture and so much detail that can easily be shared with contractors to complete the work. He has made himself available for any follow up questions and is quick to respond and provide updates.
