Steven was great — super Type A with his process but very communicative and outgoing. He had a great mix of detail orientation and thoroughness which I really appreciated and took the time to present his report both verbally and in writing in a way that both articulated the highlights but also went deep into the granular topics to set us up for success as homeowners. Really appreciated the additional educational materials he provided, which give someone like myself (not an expert) enough of a head start on pretty much any topic related to owning a home. Would 100% recommend.
